ADHD Empowerment Journey

This 8-week personalised Occupational Therapy program is designed to support children, teens, and adults in understanding their ADHD and building practical tools for thriving — in a way that feels compassionate, engaging, and affirming.

Through weekly 60-minute one-on-one sessions, we’ll explore strengths, identify challenges, and co-create strategies that work for the individual — whether that’s a young person navigating school, or an adult managing work, relationships, or daily routines.

Grounded in a neurodivergent-affirming approach, this program offers practical, hands-on tools that support focus, emotional regulation, and everyday wellbeing.

What we’ll explore:

Part One: Understanding executive functioning — building strategies for task initiation, planning, and habit formation, while learning how the nervous system impacts focus and attention.

Part Two: Managing energy and preventing burnout — learning how to regulate sensory input, recognise stress signals, and create balance in daily life.

Part Three: Building emotional resilience — developing skills for emotional regulation, managing rejection sensitivity, and exploring mindfulness, self-acceptance, and ways to quiet the inner critic.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, this program offers a safe, affirming space to grow in self-understanding and confidence — and take meaningful steps toward thriving with ADHD.
