– Our Values –

Holistic Approach
We believe in the importance of the mind-body connection, recognising that every person’s journey is unique. Our therapy integrates the whole person, respecting their emotional, mental, and physical well-being, and different forms of self-expression (art, play, sport etc)

Client-Led Empowerment
We create a safe space where individuals are empowered to honour their needs, values, and strengths while guiding them toward personal growth and self-discovery.

Neurodiverse-Affirming and Trauma-Sensitive Care
Our therapeutic approach is guided by a deep respect for neurodiversity and an understanding of trauma, ensuring that each individual’s unique needs are met with care.

Growth and Connection
We believe in building authentic connections with each individual, creating an environment that supports learning, growth, and self-exploration. We are dedicated to growing and learning alongside our clients.
Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Sarina,
I support clients through a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-sensitive approach, helping them reconnect with themselves, honour their needs, and embrace their unique strengths. My focus is on creating a safe, client-led space grounded in inclusion, compassion, and the mind-body connection.
I’m especially passionate about working with those navigating complex regulation and sensory processing experiences. I’m currently studying psychotherapy, which continues to deepen and inform my practice, alongside 250+ hours of yoga teacher training. I also bring experience working in a high school setting, supporting young people in navigating emotional, sensory, and developmental challenges.
In our sessions, I gently weave in elements of yoga, art, nature, and play—offering creative and holistic ways to explore growth and self-understanding.
I look forward to learning and growing together.
Some of the people I like to learn from include:
